1 prenatal appointment to discuss your birth preferences, pain management options, etc.
Phone/text/email support throughout pregnancy
Continuous labour support and ~1 hour of support immediately after birth
1 postpartum visit to debrief your birth and check-in
Text/email support up to 6 weeks postpartum
Standard Doula Support

This option is for new clients and includes the following:
2 prenatal appointments to discuss your birth preferences, pain management options, etc.
